A youth group for 11 to 18s, meeting every Thursday from 7pm to 9pm in Bishop's Hull. Fires is all about growing up in God together, with great friends, honest conversations, and loads of fun along the way.

A real connection with God, and great friends to share the journey with, whether you’ve grown up in church or you’re still figuring things out.
Grow in faith and confidence by getting to know God, what He says in the Bible, and being filled with the power of His Spirit.
Who knew getting to know God could be this much fun? Games, food, worship, and plenty of laughs, every single week.

We take the safeguarding of our young people incredibly seriously, because we love them and want Fires to be a place where every one of them is safe, valued, and respected. Our leaders follow our church safeguarding policies, and we’re members of thirtyone:eight, an independent Christian safeguarding charity. Fires FAQ
Who is Fires for?
Fires is for young people aged 11 to 18 and runs on Thursday nights, 7pm to 9pm. It’s separate from our Sunday morning youth group for 11s and over, which meets during the service.
Do I need to be a Christian to come?
Not at all. Fires is for everyone, whether you’ve followed Jesus for years, you’re still figuring things out, or you’ve never really thought about Him. Bring a friend!
What actually happens on a Thursday night?
Worship, a talk from the Bible, time to chat about it together, and plenty of games and laughs. No two Thursdays are quite the same.
Can I bring a friend?
Yes please! Friends are always welcome, whether they’ve been to church loads or never. It’s even better with your mates.
What do I need to bring?
Just yourself (and maybe a friend). Your best table football skills are optional, but highly recommended.
Are the leaders actually cool?
We’d like to think so, but you can be the judge. What we can promise is that they love Jesus, love young people, and are always up for a chat. Keeping young people safe matters hugely to us too, and parents can read about our safeguarding. Their dance moves are another story.
